GMC Management Consulting is a specialized retail management consulting firm serving the rapidly growing emerging market of Asia based in Manila. With over 30 years of extensive international retail experience in numerous culturally diverse locations such as the Far East, Europe and the United States, GMC is able to provide its clients with a very personalized and dedicated management resource that enables them to improve their existing or new retail ventures in a quick and efficient manner.

With recent clients Megaworld, Metro Gaisano, Terry Waterhouse Wade, and Metro Oil, GMC’s experience has impacted both Asian and Western retailers, cutting across many varied formats including Supermarkets, Department Stores, Specialty Stores and International Boutiques. Graham Coates
I set up GMC Management Consulting in 2008 as I felt there was a pressing need and demand from many retailers throughout the emerging markets of Asia to improve their overall operations in order to compete more successfully with the fast improving local and dominant International retailers that are entering a already competitive marketplace.
My objective is to provide my clients a practical hands-on review of their existing business and provide concrete action plans that will have instant improvement to their bottom line profitability as well as outlining the necessary short and long-term steps that need to be implemented in order for the company to thrive and expand in the future.
GMC will review your management structure and procedures and provide relevant benchmarking in order that your organization will be empowered to be more focused and professional in its day-to-day activities.
GMC being a small independent consultancy can provide a tailor-made, flexible solution to your needs that fits with your long-term vision for the company coupled with any potential budget limitations that may exist.
